The salesperson definitely not nice at all, i highly recommend to give customer service classes to your employees. The quality of the merchandise are amazing but i really do not recommend to go in person. For the money that we spend every time that we go we expect much more. Sorry but I really have to be honest with you

Ustedes tenían una promoción de compra 2 y el 3 es gratis, resulta que la persona que me atendió me dijo que la tercera prenda que era gratis tenía que ser menor de $65 ya que yo avía comprado 2 prendas de $90 cada una e hice una compra por internet y no tuve ese problema.

The sales rep was very unprofessional. I purchased two charms and asked for a cleaning and the sale rep said no without an explaination.

No se me permitió entrar con mi pareja cuando en la tienda ya estaban atendiendo otra pareja, tras esto la asesora me atendió con una actitud muy despectiva. Sentí que entré a un súper cualquiera a comprar leche. Si no fuera porq literalmente el producto habla por si solo lo pensaría dos veces para volver a comprar. Lo que si estoy segura es que en esa tienda no lo haré. Cabe resaltar que era mi primera experiencia en Pandora. Que lastima.

The associate who initially came up to help me didn't know where any of the bracelets were. Then he handed me off to another associate who didnt seem very interested. She started getting annoyed because I wanted to change charms and see what looks better. Also these little charms are very expensive and I shouldn't have to pay for each spacer or whatever it is you guys call it... this is ridiculous.

Only 2 persons helping and both of them didn’t have the best attitude at the beginning of the service, finally they noticed that the customers were upset and they try to manage the situation
