Sales associate provided horrible customer service. There was no line nor other customers in the store however sales associate was unfriendly, and rushing us in our transaction. Once paying for the item bought sales associate walked away didn’t even finish saying thank you have a good day however said it as she walked away. I stood there with my words in my mouth as I needed more help with another transaction that I was going to do. Definitely not coming back.

The store hours listed online was incorrect & I had to wait an hour outside the store to get inside & pick up my order, very disappointed.

The sale person was very bad she dint even talk to me and the manager that was on duty was very rude. I always go there and luis the manager is very nice. She told me I couldn’t change what I bought two time like are you spending money like to tell me that. And the girl was very bad like she was mad helping customers.

The product she sold me was not a charm. The price for the charm wasn’t worth it. It was a gift felt bad giving it to the person and then noticing it wasn’t a charm n didn’t fit neither of her braclet when the staff i told her which two she had and she answer it did fitted on one

Associate was incompetent did not offer additional help .She just gave me clip for my bracelet dis not show any more clips or options they may have.She did not even ask to clean the charm I had purchase .

The item I purchased was fine however there was a glitch in their online system that was charging customers twice that ordered online to pick up in store. They said that I had to purchase the item again and be refunded for one of the purchases because they couldn't see the order in their system in store even though I had proof of the purchase with a confirmation number and bank withdrawal. I was not happy with this now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back. Terrible customer service.

The girl that was helping me asked if i wanted to become a member and get the pandora credit card . I said yes & after filling out the whole application she said “ you been denied “ but never gave me an explanation to why . Also she said if i spent more than 225 i would get some sort of deal and she never went into more details about that . I spent $341 dollars . You need to make your employees more knowledgeable !
