I wanted to buy a bracelet which was out of stock, I also bought something that will be on sale and the return policy won't let me return an item because it was on sale and the worker informed me that all sale items are final sale

Ihave to wait so long...3 sales attending one costumer....after that for some reason my pandora credit card wasntnwork and they onlt say use another way to pay...no tray even the help ...

Customer service definitely needs friendly improvement. Store 37-38 82nd St, Queens, NY 11372. Stephanie called to invite into sale promotion, voice shows a positive friendly attitude. Once arrive I met an associate which tag name read- Lead Sales, did not feel comfortable with. I was very undecided with my choices. I kept stating thank you so much for my patience. This purchase was for my sister, my daughter and myself. Did not express enthusiasm. definitely find another store that welcomed me.

I need a chain to keep my charms safe that cost extra money, clasps to also keep my charms safe and cost extra money, and none of them are doing their job. My bracelet clasp broke and I wanted to return everything. Now I’m stuck with cheap jewelry with the potential of breaking. The employees were sweet and did their job to the fullest. It’s what is being sold that is not worth the high maintenance and investment.

The price of a specific ring on the floor was one price. When i went to purchase it, it was a different price the manager Noel would not honor the price on the floor. Then he decided to change the price in front of me. Very upset at the customer service of this store.

I went into the 82nd Jackson Heights location. I wanted to do an exchange of a bracelet that I had ordered online but was to big so I wanted to change the size. The sales associate tells me she doesn’t have any, which doesn’t even check anywhere she just automatically “knows” there isn’t stock and she had a bad attitude with me. I decided I no longer wanted the bracelet and asked to do a return. I had my email confirmation and my packing list and it’s original packaging. Then another associate said well we are corporate and we had a change of management so now we don’t do returns. I had everything in the Pandora policy to qualify for a return. Then the manager says to me you’re right you can make a return. I say I really wanted to exchange but you don’t have my size. He then check and the original associate who was the one that told me there was no merchandise she slides the bracelet in my size underneath to the manager. I found it strange how now my size was available but 5 minutes ago she told me it wasn’t. the horrible customer service and horrible attitude of the sales associates.

Today I visited the store on 82nd in Jackson Height Queens and I was meet with nothing but rude behavior and attitude by Analy the sales assistant. I wanted to exchange a bracelet for a different size of the same bracelet and I was asked to present a receipt. I looked in my emails and was not able to find it right away was told that I needed a receipt in order to exchange I asked her to check my account with my email address and she said it was company policy and if I didn't show her a receipt could not exchange. While I was looking for the email she asked if I had used the bracelet I told her I have not and its been in the gift box the whole time she had another sales associate look and the bracelet and after I found the email receipt she informed me she didn't have that one in stock she then took the foam pad and placed the bracelet and charm on the glissando walked away. I asked her to please place bracelet back in the gift box that I had it in when I gave it to her she then rolled her eyes at me and did what I asked in spiteful manner placed it on the counter and walked away. she should not be in a place that has to deal with customers on a daily basis

I WENT TO STORE LOCADE AT 82 STREET AND ROSELVELT AV QUEENS THE ATENTION IS SO BAD PEAPLE VERY HUGE AND LOOKS LIKE DON,T LIKE TO WORK, IM VER DISAPPOYNTED NEVER EVER I WILL BAY ON THIS PLACE AGAIN.
