Lack of good customer service

I purchased a few items over $200 and I forgot i had the pandora credit card. Went back to see if i can return everything and get the credit back on my credit and then repurchase the items to be put on my pandora card. The sales person wasn’t helpful didn’t understand. I was going to purchase other items and returning 3 items for other 3 items. I was not returning everything. All was i asking was to repurchase and buy other 3 . Instead she just said . Items worn cant be return, but i was clearly when i said i was going to repurchase in order to use my pandora card. Customer service is number 1 to make sure customers come back satisfy. Instead i just returned 3items and didn’t purchase more like i was going to do but sales person should know better because with her attitude it only made me purchase nothing anymore. Its a shame this ladies working there not knowing that without customers the store wouldn’t have no business and they wouldn’t have a job. Im very upset with this situation

Disastrous. The sales associate did not allowed me to return the merchandise with the online receipt because I did not have a paper receipt. I have a online receipt and the time for returns has not expired. I do not understand what is the purpose of giving the option for online receipts.

The customer service was not there. The women in there act very petty and like a little clique against the customer. The women were not helpful or willing to help and were extremely rude.

My first time at this location, I had just arrived and the sales rep Katherine approached when i was looking at some earrings and asked if I wanted to see them. I replied yes ,once she brought the earrings I told her that I'd like to take it but if it was possible for her to hold them as I was still looking around as I mentioned I had just arrived as I was looking at my next possible purchase I was tapped on my shoulder asking me to go to the sales rep, as I headed towards her she asked me in a serious tone to input my personal information, katherinne asked me how was I going to make my payment , i replied I was interested in seeing another product she told me I had to pay because I cant just be asking to hold on to things and not pay because she will ge in trouble.. I repeated that I will pay for it BUT I want something ealse , ignored I was asked to insert my card ..I was so disappointed I felt liked I was being rushed out
