The sales rep Nathalia was superb, she was friendly knowledgeable and had the best disposition she wasn’t in a rush.

Gladys T was excelent helper she took her time to show me as many charms I wanted and she help me get presents and everything.

Renee was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and if she was unsure, she checked for me. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be back !

I loved the item picked up, and the service I received from Gladys was excellent. She was so good that she convinced me into purchasing more items.

I came in to get my Pandora Jewelry cleaned. There was no wait and I was warmly acknowledged upon entering the store. As I waited, I perused other items in the store and engaged the sales person in conversation about my needs for an event I'd be attending in a week. She showed me a few collections based on what I told her. She was a wonderful sales associate and I would work with her again! If I may offer one suggestion though... it would have been nice if the pieces came to me on a soft display ready to try-on rather than having to remove it myself from where it was attached and search for a mirror in order to view it on my person. It was a bit awkward for me to do this and I was anxious that I might damage the items as I removed from where they were attached and place them on the glass counter.

A bit of wait for a sales associate to help me but overall she was nice and helpful. I heard bad comments about this location but my experience was okay no complaints.
