This purchase represents my second visit to this store in as many days. I had gone to the same store the night prior (Sunday, December 29th, upon entering the store no other customers were present. There were three staff at the cash counter (one sitting on a stool with her feet up on the cash counter and the other two standing. The three of them were conversing. Based on the conversation overheard they were either complaining about their manager or another customer. The subject of their conversation was unclear though their complaints were. My partner and I managed to go around the entire island stopping at each station to observe the product on the top shelves before any staff member had made any attempt to greet us or offer their assistance. As we stopped to view the product we had to move POS ipads, debit machines, product catalogues and packaging (tissue paper, bracelet boxes, and paper shopping bags) the product trays were not organized and it was difficult to find the pieces i was looking for. By the time any of the staff had acknowledged our presence it had been 15 to 20 minutes with no other customers in the store from the time we had entered.
