Hand and Stone

My experience at Hand and Stone has been phenomenal. Everyone upfront is always very welcoming. I enjoy the flavo infused water given to me post-session.

I take my own natural CBD/Arnica massage oil to every location I have gone to for a massage. EVERYWHERE has used it. The one time I did not have it with me in Vail, the Ritz allowed me to purchase a bottle and use it so that I could keep the leftover. I spent $25-30 and took some home. It is a racket that you only allow us to use yours without any variation or say. It is a racket it is $30 for single use only. That we don't even have the option of purchasing it. Right next door at Sprouts is the most amazing, natural CBD massage oil with very limited ingredients and we are able to see them all.

My aesthetician Ivette was fantastic. She was welcoming and friendly. She took her time to inquire about my needs and concerns, as well as to explain different treatment and service options.

Eric was extremely professional, courteous and he knew what he was doing. He was able to diagnose my pain/problem points and address them specifically.

This was my first time in this hand and stone spa, the employees were friendly and very informative, Amy the esthetician was very knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job with my facial, I definitely will be back again soon!

I live out of state . That is the reason I stated I would not make another appointment in 90 days. The therapist did a great job an educated me about what I needed to do after the massage. It was greatly appreciated.

My esthetician Aileen is the best! I have been seeing her regularly for quite some time and give her full credit for the improvement I see in my skin. She takes excellent care of me, and appointments with her are every bit as relaxing as a massage.

This was my first visit to this location. The staff was wonderful... very friendly and highly professional. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. Will definitely come back soon!
