The Estie picked up on my energy from beginning to end, that was extremely important to me. The Estie who is very knowledgeable about the products being used. The Estie recommended some great travel size products!

The ambiance and cleanliness was wonderful. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped with my questions. Robert paid attention to my request of special areas that I wanted enhanced and gave me a wonderful and relaxing facial.

Always a great experience at H&S Coppell! Booking online was a problem this time, processing was so slow I was disconnected. However, staff called me to confirm, saying the booking showed up on their end as incomplete. Thanks to them for taking steps to help me get it confirmed!
