My usual therapist is Isabel and she was wonderful as always. I will return and schedule with her. My son had Mia for the first time and he loved her. He will reschedule with her in the future.

Friendly, clean, excellent facial. One tiny suggestion. If I'm sent an email that says I get a free upgrade at my next appointment, it would be great if it could be in my account because sometimes I forget.

Chloe did a great job on the massage and the ambiance was great. I would definitely return to have her as my massage therapist again. My only issue was I thought the massage was 1hr, but ended up being closer to 45min. Also at the end, she dropped me at the front, handed me a card and then abruptly left. I like to talk about my massage afterwards for a few minutes. I guess that’s not the business model at your facility. All in all a good experience though.

My massages with Chloe are always so amazing. She provides such a great environment to relax my mind as well as my muscles.

The massage was so overdue and so relaxing that I fell asleep for a few moments during the massage. Slightly embarrassing. This was also the first time I brought my daughter for a massage. The massage therapists were very accommodating and didn't make us feel weird for using the same (couples) room so my daughter could see how the process works, etc. I really want them to know how thankful I am for their help in making her first massage experience a very positive one.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Mia is absolutely amazing at what she does and why I try not to miss out on my monthly appointments! Love the H&S Coppell team.
