Friendly staff and greeted by name. Massage therapist helped me relax and checked in periodically to make sure I was comfortable but was not chatty. Perfect amount of pressure but not too much. I was fully relaxed after my massage. I will definitely book again with Isabel. The Director of Operations, Maddy, is amazing and booked me with the therapist who was a perfect fit for me.
