I absolutely love everything about my Hand and Stone spa! The facility is spotless, the manager exceptional and my therapists are the best I have ever had. Love, love, LOVE Hand and Stone!!

Sarah took time to talk with me about my goals for the massage, and discussed what would be best for me given my health condition (lupus). She is the first and only massage therapist to suggest using COLD stones for the massage, instead of hot, and WOW that has been a game changer!!! I woke up this morning feeling fantastic and without any of the flare issues I would get from heat. I love the feel of the stones, so being able to have that style modified to fit my specific needs is fantastic. Sarah did a fantastic job!!! The front office staff were also incredibly helpful, and got me signed up for the membership! They explained the benefits and answered all of my questions, in addition to being super friendly (and let me show them photos of my dog! lol). I had a bad experience at the H&S in Southlake and left very disappointed, but Coppell has completely turned that around!

My esthetician was very informative and knowledgeable. She was very sweet and explained everything to me. That was the best facial I have ever had and my skin feels amazing! The rest of the staff was very nice and welcoming too. Thank you so much!

My experience at Hand and Stone is always excellent. I see my therapist (Meagan) every 2 weeks because she is great at what she does.
