Hand and Stone

I would like to able to use my spa credits toward products. I really liked having that option when I’m checking out. I was disappointed when I learned yesterday that I cannot do that any longer and that the credits only work toward a service.

I have felt so comfortable from the time i walk in, until i walk out the door. Staff is friendly, and Sandi is so knowledgeable.

Complete sense of relaxation. Every aspect of the facility is perfect, from the reception to the phenomenal therapists. They TRULY care about their customers and we LOVE Hand & Stone!!!

Having a membership is great value. The staff is warm and friendly. My massage therapist I book with is very skilled and knowledgeable about massage.

Robin was excellent! She was friendly and courteous. She heard about the concerns, helped relieve it in her treatment and also recommended stretches to help improve the flexibility in the area. Would highly recommend her.

I really like this place. From the start when you walk in the door and the time you are checking out, and everything in between. The front desk, is always kind, warm, welcoming and accommodating. But not just whoever is "working" the front - this goes to any of the employees that happen to be up front at the time. They don't restrict their customer service to only the back area, they also welcome you. It's not always like that other places. Jose is simply the best. Might have to even say one of the best massages I've ever had. I will continue to want and book with him. Very professional, and knows what he's doing.

The add on are a bit pricey. Didn't realize I was going to pay an additional $60 for my facial. Nice job but a bit too much. The $60 is in addition to my monthly fee of 59.99.

I was highly satisfied because of the staff. I love the friendliness of the front desk staff and their willingness to please me and make me feel welcome. The massage therapist is excellent.
