Everyone was friendly and courteous. Facilities were immaculate clean.

Hand and Stone went above and beyond for cleanliness and COVID practices. The massage therapist was so communicative and I really appreciate how he would check in to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, great experience, and I signed up for a membership!

As I entered the establishment, all of the staff were very friendly and inviting. Everything was clean and I felt very safe. My esthetician, Aileene, was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable about all things related to skin care. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Overall, my facial was amazing!

Everything about it was satisfying for being my first visit there and I love how everything is clean and everyone is following the health guidelines and keeping everyone safe and the effort given to the facial was excellent and I was very impressed. It was my first time getting a facial and I highly recommend to anyone! I will definitely be coming back.

Friendly, accommodating staff, massage therapist was excellent at communicating and making suggestions for future therapy that I could benefit from, including other services like decompression, which I had not heard of before. He listened well to my request for problem areas and constantly gauged my comfort with the degree of pressure applied. He seemed highly knowledgeable and very professional.

The first interaction with Miracle was very pleasant we were disconnected on the phone and she immediately called back to take care of my needs and answer my question. She quickly introduced herself upon arrival and Mrs Robin as well. The massage was flawless as it was all explained to me as far as what I am signing up for and the service she would provide. Overall magnificent experience.

Very pleased with the facial experience. Cleanliness of the room I was in and use if restroom.
