Therapist was friendly but not overly so... very professional. I like being treated like a client instead of a BFF. Reception staff were pushing their upgrades like they are trained to do, but backed off when I wasn’t interested.

I was running 10 minutes late to my appointment and when I called to notify of my lateness the receptionist was very kind and assured me it was no problem. This is the second time I've seen this massage therapist and I named her my preferred specialist after the first time. She did not disappoint! I had a lot of inflammation around my SI joint and she knew exactly what to do, and I left feeling significantly better than when I went in.

Hand and stone goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The physical location is clean. The staff is friendly and kind.

It’s a good value for the money and conveniently located.

Mario and Sandi are both so friendly and professional. Everyone including the front desk staff made sure I left far more relaxed than I arrived!

Robin was amazing. To date she has been the best therapist I've had and I look forward to booking with her again soon. The massage was so wonderful I messaged my friends to tell them about her. I have several friends that frequent the Grapevine/Southlake location but urged them it would be worth the drive to book with Robin.
