Knowledgeable staff that answered all of my questions. Relaxing experience. Skin felt refreshed and smooth. Only issue was the size of the body wrap - one size does not fit all. I am a larger woman and it did not cover as it should have. A little uncomfortable. Next time will have to bring my own I guess.

My facial was excellent! Sandi is great and always has suggestions for any skin issues. I also love the technology in place: blackhead removal that doesn’t hurt, for one thing!

My visit at Hand and Stone Massage in Coppell was wonderful. The receptionist, De'Andre was kind and welcoming. Jose, my massage therapist provided an excellent massage and was very friendly. I will definitely return and recommend others do the same.

The reception desk Representatives were incredibly professional, patient, informative and helpful. The Massage Therapist (Juan) was amazing!! This was my 2nd appointment with him and the massage was great!! I'll definitely be a return customer/member.
