The staff was friendly. The massage was awesome. I felt safe and taken care of. The staff asked good questions regarding my health and I felt like they took the time to address my individual needs.

Sam listened and paid attention to the areas I pointed out. Very professional too.

The moment I walked in, Marie greeted me warmly and helped me get checked in. She explained the paperwork to fill out and about the customization option of the massage and the massage room which was very helpful! I waited for a short amount of time and then had my massage with Deenesha. Deenesha was great - focused on my shoulders and neck and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The ambiance of the whole establishment was calming and relaxing and I was very comfortable there. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Staff Clean Staff

As soon as I walked in, the front desk team was so nice and friendly! The location is new and it is beautiful. Smelled good and the music playing was soothing. So spa-like and zen. I knew it was going to be good and was not disappointed with my therapist Tyler. So very professional and good. He had to almost wake me up to tell me my time was over. It was a great experience and was my first time at a Hand and Stone.

I thought I was highly satisfied with my experience. No wait, receptionist and therapist both friendly, the intensity of my massage was just right.I felt better after I left than when I arrived.

The receptionist was distracted. There were too many people in reception when I arrived. Not a peaceful arrival.
