The massage was good except the therapist kept focusing on the area under my shoulder blade looking for a knot. I was extremely sore from this for at least 3 days and was certain I was bruised.

The website is overwhelming with choices and it does not explain what each service does. There are so many facial options but no explanation as to what it does or what its for.

I enjoyed my experience and the coconut water . Would like to try other massage therapists there to compare . I am leaving another massage place because they don’t have enough massage therapists that suit my needs . I like very firm or deep . I liked the reception area and the coconut water too .

"It wasn't what I expected. I felt like the person who did my facial wasn't enthusiastic about it. The price seems too high; I definitely won't be going back."

I was satisfied. If only they can reduce the cost of the upgrades.

I really want to get the cryo slimming but $2K or the individual pricing is so very high. And without available payment plans, the average person cannot afford it.

The therapist did a good job overall but she didn't put in full 60 minutes. I paid attention to the time we started the massage and the end time. It was short 7 minutes. I would suggest to use a timer so that everyone is on the same clock.
