Just did not feel the massage met my standards compared to other locations I've been too. And was disappointed that using warm towels is an extra add-on! I've always had therapists use warm/hot towels .....

When I first came through the door, I was overcome with some disgusting sweet floral fake fragrance that made me cough.

My earlier therapist was awesome and did a great facial massage every time , I don’t get that kind of a massage anymore .

The room is very nice but I’m surprised they don’t use essential oils as a basic in the treatment. And perhaps a eucalyptus or relaxing herbal smell in the room. Also, there should be a hanger in the room. And a lovely job is done on the back and shoulders, but all the rest is just mediocre.

I’m under a lot of stress right now. I don’t know if that makes my body less tolerant of the pressure.

It was a great experience overall. The massage was nice, but would have liked more focused time. Neck massage was amazing. The rest was fine. Thank you.

I felt I was up charged for items and didn’t know the added cost until I checked out. Also I purchased a gift card on special but was only credited the actual amount I paid $69 versus the full value $109. Ended up being very expensive

In the past, I’ve received a towel to wipe off excess oil after the massage. I left very oily. I also miss the coconut water. Either it’s no longer there or it wasn’t offered.

No quiet transition room. Therapist was less than enthusiastic and spoke in a monotone voice. Reception area felt tight and cluttered with products. Staffs look unprofessional
