I think there should be true ADD-ON services and not the ridiculous current system with ADD-IN services. Why not EXTEND the facial when a guest ADDs-ON extra services like a scalp massage to 60 mins or if 2 Add-on services extend to 90 mins. Currently every facial guest only gets 50 minutes and if you Add-on a service you are really not adding it, you’re adding it INTO the 50’minutes and taking something else away. I can’t believe you do this and I wonder if your guests understand that extra time is NOT added to the appointment. I was very disappointed that I didn’t get an additional 15 minutes for my scalp massage, instead it was worked into my facial and other services were taken away. Horrible.

Overall enjoyed my experience. I think the price could always be slightly lower. I thought my massage therapist could have slowed down slightly on my back and neck.

I was very satisfied with the service, the staff was really kind and helpful.

This visit was the first time I’ve ever had a massage therapist ask me to lie on my side and bend my top leg on a pillow. It made me feel more vulnerable and weird. Will not go back to this therapist.

I think I just wasn't clear enough on my needs and the areas I wanted to mostly focus on. Eric has done an amazing job with helping me on my lower back issues.

Nice place, friendly people. I was initially afraid because I saw so many products for sale and was sure I was going to get pitched, but no one tried to push any products on me, which was great. Also, the massage really helped me loosen up and have less pain.

Overall products used are really good. Gave good results.

Did not have my favorite product for purchase. Difficult to get gift cards.Complicated to understand rewards program

Esthetician got enzyme mask in my eyes. Did not offer moist towel or anything to wash my eyes out. Tried to wash out in bathroom, but Irritation increased throughout the day to the point of intense pain and blurriness in both eyes.

My Massage was supposed to be 60 mins. I would have been ok with 45 mins giving time for talking and dressing BUT I only got 30 mins of total massage time.
