The massage was good, but the skill level in relieving neck tension was just satisfactory. It didn’t feel like she was really getting the spots and relieving the neck tension. I did say that I liked a firm pressure, and it was a little firmer than ‘relaxing’.

I just need to try another esthetician. She was very nice but a little too rough for me.

We had a gift card credit on our account. Yet, our credit card was charged. I inquired about the credit where the receptionist said she thought I mean our monthly credit. We spent $415 last month, why would I be speaking about my monthly credit. I used the physical gift card that I had and was told the charge would fall off…we will see. More knowledge and client protection necessary

I was highly satisfied although it hurt at times but I didn’t say anything so that’s on me! I get massages only about once a year or less!

I have had the experience multiple times where I discuss exactly what I want over the phone but when I go in for the massage, the therapist seems to be confused and not have the right info.

Hi--I was satisfied but would appreciate it if the therapist had warmed her hands or the oil before using. I disliked the warm towels as they quickly became cold.

The membership rate has increased. The value to cost has not improved or changed. That is the norm when inflation occurs. Everything costs more while you get the same or lower service. Currently I have no reason to discontinue my membership so I must have answered a previous question incorrectly thus the reason for this inquiry.

I booked one hour. The session started ten minutes late but ended promptly one hour after it should have started.

I didn’t find the massage as relaxing as when Jose massaged me in the past

My massage appointment type was changed (which was fine because it suited what I needed done) but I was not made aware beforehand that it would be an extra cost.
