I need to attend the appointments with my daughter bc she is under age. I always sit in the reception area. There is a man that works in the front that is so loud! You can hear his entire conversations and he’s usually on the females and what they are doing/saying. The women are always quiet and friendly. And I just find him obnoxious.

The have increased a lot. This was an affordable time for me before, but now with this price increase plus the tip I would like to give the masseuse I don’t see what’s the benefit to have the membership I probably can have a massage every other month paying even less that I’m paying right now.

I was satisfied with my experience, just adjusting to a new massage therapist was a little disappointing, but I understand why it was unavoidable.

I was really satisfied with the treatment , my skin felt good but still had the redness and puffiness and a little irritation. But overall am happy with the treatment provided.

Checkout was a little awkward as the receptionist was condescending to me about the amount of my tip.

I wanted a relaxing massage but the therapist barely gave me a true massage for maybe 20 mins. He spent the rest of the time "fixing" me. I was really just wanting a general massage. At times the techniques he used were painful.

Having to fill out the intake form each and every time is a nuisance. There has to be a simpler way. I am not sure what the point of it is.
