The pressure of massage was too intense.

The bathroom wasn’t clean. I think my guy was new because the other lady was telling him what to go. And he burnt me with the hot stones.

Deep tissue should be included in membership and should not cost extra like other places.

When I last visited, 6months ago ( I was a regular monthly customer) the atmosphere was very inviting, cheerful, pleasant and professional people behind the counter. None of those things were apparent when I walked in, or when I left. I will be back because I am satisfied with the esthetician, but could tell the business has changed ownership.

My therapist tried upselling me on other services on my first visit. The pressure was not consistent. I asked for the pressure to be done on my neck, shoulders, and calves. My neck was great but there was barely anything on the rest of my back or calves

I would suggest providing additional staff to check in and check out people as they come in and leave. The 2 receptionist were extremely busy juggling check in, check out and the phone. I sat in the lobby for a while after my massage to allow the other people to check in.

I have been a member for quite some time and my therapist was new and did good. I asked for hot stones, didn't really enjoy that but she was knowlegable with them. H and S is fairly consistant.

The reception area needs hand sanitizer in a visible place, especially since the intake form is done on a tablet. I think the receptionist should also be wearing the mask whenever engaging a customer. This was the case when I walked in but not as I was paying for my service before I left. Other than these concerns, the service and staff are wonderful.

There was not a quite room area separated from the front desk area. And the ambiance of the room's could of been more nicer with the decor.

The first half hour did not address my aches and pains but after I told the therapist that I wanted her to be more firm in pressure she did. I still have a few aches and pains now.
