For me the massage was not as good as massages I’ve had in the past.

I have had repeated issues scheduling with this location - about 75% of the time my appointment and/or therapist is changed. I have to book way in advance to get the times I want and then the therapist I choose isn't available. I also haven't been overly impressed with the therapists' ability to address specific aches/pains - it's more of a relaxing massage (which isn't a bad thing, but I often need more intense work).

I would have liked some sort of massage on the head and temples - but in defense of the therapist, it was not mentioned as an area to target. I just would not have thought it would have been omitted altogether

The massages are relaxing but not very therapeutic. So everyone does a good job but I do feel it is limited in the skill set.

My experience was very good! The only thing I wish could be improved is appointment availability. I usually have to schedule several weeks in advance to get a weekend appointment.

the esthetician spent too much time upselling things and talking. she was only able to get the blackheads off part of my right cheek and then the hour ran out.

Did not see noticeable change in facial issues. Not happy with the price difference in services for members and non members. Prices for the clarity products were not practical.

Schedule seems to be filling up much more quickly and I had to book our further than wanted. I also had to rebook with a new therapist when a scheduling error occurred. But my new therapist did a good job, just very different than previous sessions.

Learned during the massage that my wait time in the reception area to fill out forms what's being taken off of my massage time so therefore I did not get my full hour of massage time in addition the masseuse was less than genuine when he claimed that he had another client coming in right after me so therefore he was unable to make up the complete time I happen to return to your facility about 10 minutes later and he was sitting out front with the ladies in the reception area so the comment about having another client was disingenuous and he could have given me the extra the full hour and the extra time that I needed

Regarding the confirmation appointments I got like 3 emails and messages even when I already confirmed, then next day I will receive another text message plus an email. I think is too much.
