The appointments last between 40-45 mins, including setting up equipment, washing equipments so actual appointments feel about 35-40 mins. Other places also focus on Décolletage during facial, here they literally focus only on face, not even the neck area. I keep going to this place cause it’s the closest to me, that’s the only advantage. Feels I spend too much $ for the little time.

Online booking at times is difficult to work when trying to book for myself and my significant other. Also, sometimes when I call, there are more times over the phone than are online.

The massage was running a little late. Otherwise it was a nice experience.

I am spoiled by my previous massage therapist who works out of her home and gives me a 2 hour, very customized pain-relieving massage for just $50! But this massage was very satisfactory compare to other places I've been!

Great staff, service and ambiance when it comes to being new to the process. I had never seen the appeal of a massage, during Covid stress I was driven to massage and I am glad ai took the risk. It's been relaxing, informative and a nice treat.

Costumer service, the facial and treatment mostly met my expectations and the time spent.

The massage was good and I was satisfied but not great. The pressure to buy a membership is annoying. The receptionist said she would show me to the bathroom then a customer walked out of the massage area and she gave him the sales spiel while seemingly forgetting I was standing there waiting for her to show me to the bathroom. If you guys wouldn’t put such sales pressure on the staff maybe they would be more free to offer even better customer service.

I don’t get massages often so I wouldn’t return soon anyway. I think I would’ve been highly satisfied if it was cheaper but it was very good. The deal helped. And I think it felt too fast. But it was great!!

After the initial scalp massage, the peppermint oil began smelling like mildew/ mold.
