Overall it was a very good experience, from the front desk to the massage therapist, to the cleanliness of the space and the massage room. The people were friendly and it was what I would expect.

Ashley, the aesthetician was amazing. I will use her again and would recommend her in a heartbeat (already have, in fact!). Mario, my massage therapist did an ok job focusing on some of my problem spots but he didn't really finish my massage. He worked on my back, but never got around to my legs or arms or anything and I didn't even turn over so he could do the shoulders or front or anything. That was disappointing.

My therapist is likely new at her craft, and we all start at the beginning. With experience she will fine-tune her work, I am sure. She was open to feedback and did her best.

The massage therapist kept me face down too long. My sister experienced the same issue. Too much blood running face down for so long.

I think it’s slightly higher priced than other facials, but the service was wonderful.

I loved my therapist, however I’m not sure she was following the proper flow of lymphatic fluid.

Appt was a tiny but short, got started around 9 after and ended 6-8 mins short of the hour. Brought me into room timely, everyone was friendly. Room ambiance was a little off. No music then all of a sudden it would randomly click on and then off and then on another station.

Something irritated my skin, began to itch on my cheeks after I left, and a slight rash the next day
