I booked a last minute deal and was not aware that it was just for a basic facial. I had to pay extra for what I really wanted

Overall, it was a great experience. However, I chose to add the CBD oil to my massage and it was not used. The receptionist is the one who noted this when I checked out and I was not charged, just disappointed that it was not utilized during the massage - as this was my first visit to hand and stone, I wasn't sure as to what to expect with this sort of add-on.

I was just a little upset that we stopped my massage at 10:45. I pay for a 60minute massage and we started promptly at 10. When it says 60 minute massage I expect 60 minutes, not time to change because that takes me all of two seconds.

Expected a full 60 minutes massage. If the massage started 15 minutes later, I should have been compensated. Also, unless I missed the fine print, where does it say the massage is less than the minutes you paid for, it should be advertised as 50 minutes, not 60 minutes. Second, it a spa, why do I need to pay extra for Aromatherapy. I was not impressed with the extra add-ons
