everyone at the front desk and restaurant was so pleasant

Got stuck in Denver due to cancelled flight. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Great stay!

Nice, comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, our room was located right next to the railroad tracks.

Hotel was beautiful once you walked in . The room I stayed in was a little outdated . The trim was coming off the wall . Went to the breakfast bar every morning . Horrible service there looked to be only two service on early morning and they couldn't keep up toke 10 min just to get me a cup of coffee then forgot my to go cup . Next day was a little better but they could do a better job preparing breakfast . Bacon was nasty and hard . You could go to mcdonalds and get a better breakfast. The third day I just left my coupon and went to my room to get my second cup of coffee . It was horrible . I will doubt we will stay here again .

The staff was not friendly at all. The waitress Abbi in the restaurant gave us very bad service. Did not say thank you for coming. Did not come back after abruptly dropping our meal off to ask if we needed anything additional. I could not get ketchup because I could not get anyone's attention. She dropped the bill at the table and did not say anything. When we went to the front desk to check out the employee did not even say thank you for staying with them. I will not stay at this location again.
