The customer service provided to your customers was awful!!! From the guest service desk, to the greeters and security at the door, the cleaning staff and especially the restaurant workers at Sammy Hagaars.

Buffett food is terrible.

I lost over $1000 last night at Southland Park. I wish I could win some money.

Dissatisfied

The track broke and had mechanical issues so we were unable to do races. Almost all. The ATMs were out of order so there were 30 Minute lines at the couple that still worked. How can you be unable to get cash while at the tracks/gaming tables??? Anyway, the facility expansion is nice but Friday I spent most of my visit waiting on mechanical errors and looking for cash.
