The ordering process on the WBU website went flawlessly. When I arrived at the store, it was almost as if the employee expected me and was awaiting my arrival. She knew exactly who I was before I said a word (which is not something I'd expect every time), knew what I ordered, where it was, and delivered it to me quickly and courteously. She even opened the door for me on the way out! Fantastic experience all around.

I am always greeted when I arrive, always asked if I need help with anything and checked out with my purchases quickly. I am a senior and always asked if I need help taking my purchases to my car. I love how they readily check my previous purchases to help me remember which item I bought in the past. Happy Holidays (Merry Christmas)
