Colleen was extremely helpful in not only providing the items I specifically came for, but also recommended additional merchandise to help when it rains, etc... (lids for the top of feeders...) The store always looks incredibly inviting with so many unique gifts (for people and birds!)- and I end up spending twice as much money as I originally intended. Last, but not least, Judy and Jim are simply THE BEST!!!! In every way!!!

Tammy is extremely knowledgeable about the products as well as birds in general. She is always pleasant to deal with and has a great personality. She was very helpful on this visit....like all my other experiences I've had in the past with her. If I was a hiring manager I would hire Tammy.
