everyone is so nice, every time. Busy or not, they are great. Call me by name and take my birdseed to my truck.

I’m always greeted with a cheery voice and always feel welcome. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! The store is always clean with so many new things to look at and purchase. There is a nice variety of gifts for fellow bird lovers….or yourself! I feel the quality of the bird food I buy is much better than what I’ve purchased in the past from other stores. I can tell because it seems like it’s what’s most eaten by the birds at my feeders.

Staff are more like friends. Very informative and helpful.

Judy, the store’s owner is very knowledgeable about birds and their habitats and I ask her lots of questions - particularly about how to keep my bird feeders clean. I only shot at her store in Flowery Branch.
