The sales staff was amazing! They helped me find the products that would best fit the bird watching area that I was setting up. They rang me up, signed me up for the frequent customer program and then helped me carry all of my items to my vehicle and load them in! Wonderful staff and very knowledgeable about the birds that are attracted to the different feeders and feed/seed!!

Every question I asked was answered, they gave suggestions and just helped us so much. After working with customers for 30+ years, it was so nice to see that customer service is still alive. It is a pleasure to visit the store and look around. The people at the store are fun to talk with and are know about birds. You learn a lot every time you visit.
