The person assisting me was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding their products. I was able to take advantage of a bird feeder sale that was going on and also I was given a bag of specialty bird seed.

The only reason I will probably not return is the distance from my home. Just happened to be in the area and bough 3-4 months of supplies. New order will most likely be online like my 1st order.

I had been in the store about 2 weeks ago and had a bad experience but I thought I’d try it again. This time I. Was greeted right away by 2 sales ladies. Th year never once intimidated me because I wasn’t wearing a mask although they were. They asked if I was looking for anything in particular and I expressed that I was having trouble with my bird feeder getting wet and getting moldy. They showed me a product they carried and recommended it. I bought it and I’m looking forward to trying it!

Store always has what I need. Store owner is always cheerful and courteous. She always makes sure you have what you need.

Jim was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. He made shopping there a pleasure.

They have a good selection of items. They are always very courteous. They are always ready to answer any questions you may have.

I always find what I need at Wild Birds Unlimited (and I few things I didn't know I needed.) The staff is always very helpful and has great advice. They also delivered to my house during the shelter in place order and that meant a lot to me. Love this store!

Well. I did not order. I went in. Everything was great.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint is it seems the price increased since my last purchase.
