The staff and owners know their products and offer helpful advice. They have a track record of my past purchases so they often are ahead of me when I go to pick up something. Or they may suggest something else as they learn more of what birds I have visiting my feeders. Always a pleasant experience of visiting the store and friends.

Overall, this is a nice store. I do find the prices HIGH! If the price of the no-mess bird seed continues to rise, as a retired person, it will quickly be out of my price range. Consideration/discounts should be offered to military/veeterans/elderly customers. Even with the price of the "membership" the birdseed is still HIGH for those of us on a limited, fixed income.
