Jim and Judy Stoops are now experts at creating the perfect shopping experience at either of their Wild Birds stores. They are both very professional and warm and welcoming with their customers. I have been a customer of theirs for @15 years! Tammy was working there for my most recent visit. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She also helped get my two bags of Choice in the car!

Always love visiting my Flowering Branch store and try to stop by every week to 2 weeks. I love chatting with Tammy and the owners about birds and have learned so much since I started visiting this store 3+ years ago. My yard is full of so many different birds and it brings me such pleasure!

I went in to get sunflower centers to feed my chickens. The lady who waited on me was so cheerful and pleasant and when I asked what the difference in the price was, explained their savings program, and so I joined. I received a gift , actually two, a suet holder which is very sturdy, and which would be a great gift by itself, but I also was give a suet cylinder to put in it. I can't tell you when the last time was I received a gift from a store. I didn't have time to shop all the cute things they had, but you can bet I will be back for my bird food. Very cute store.

Great service-grateful for help in carrying purchases to my car. Lots of option in feeding supplies, gift options and friendly salespersons.

Learned all about hummingbirds, it was a great seminar. Also, learned some valuable techniques on hummingbird feeders like removing yellow and adding the copper sulfate product to the water.

I knew what I came into the store to get. The person who assisted me knew exactly what I was looking for and directed me over to that item. I was pushed for time so I didn't have the opportunity to look around. I plan to return at a later date when I have more time.
