Hand and Stone in West Chester, Ohio always has appointments available to me even though the soonest I can come is for a 5:00 appointment - and I can be fit in monthly. The receptionists are friendly, and every massage therapist I've had has been polite and follows through with what I desire for my massage - although Kami is my favorite :) I've recommeded Hand and Stone to multiple people!

My massage therapist was very good. She is professional and does her job well.

I was able to make an appointment at a time convenient for me. I was able to use a coupon for a free spa enhancement with my message, and I chose to use lavender aromatherapy. The person who did my massage was friendly and the ambiance of the room itself was very relaxing. I liked the amount of pressure used on my back.

I had never heard of Hand and Stone prior, but now I won't go anywhere else. I love the membership option too! I have had massages from other therapists at this location and everyone is always very friendly. I stay coming back for Deanna though!
