Hello. I just wanted to let you know. My massage by Jennifer Dettmer was probably the best massage I have ever had. I have had massages in several other countries and probably over 30-40 in my life. She was fantastic. My partner Kimberly Schmidt also had a massage at the same time(she doesn’t remember her massage therapists name. Unfortunately she did not have a similar experience. She said hers was uncomfortable, the therapist was coughing throughout the massage and she just didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Kim also requested lavender which the therapist was allergic to( no problem) but then gave her option of hand massage or cbd-as if they were equal trades not an additional 20 dollar upgrade. We have both scheduled our next appt with Jennifer. Just wanted to provide some feedback.

Destiny always does a great job of relieving my back and neck pain. Everyone at the West Chester location is so knowledgeable and personable. I always look forward to my monthly massage!

The desk staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. My therapist is fantastic at adapting each massage to my problem areas and is very knowledgeable. I really look forward to seeing her each month. I know I will walk out the door feeling better than when I entered. I used to have a membership at another massage chain and I only wish I had tried hand and stone sooner because the service is much better here. My only complaint is the price of the CBD upgrade at $30 per massage is expensive especially compared to the massage at $70. I also wish you would sell CBD oil or other CBD products in store.

I have had 2 massages from Abby. I suffer from a neuromuscular disease and connective tissue disorder. Abby contributed to saving my life. I had a stroke in Setember. Because of my chronic illnesses I was able to stop taking a medication that contributes to the formation of blood clots. I know if I had not seen Abby and went off that medication before the stroke the blood clot could have been much larger and not able to pass my brainstem. I was blessed to have no residual effects and able to tell Abby she helped save my life. She was very humble about it but I was a nurse and realize what her therapeutic massages do for me.

My facial was the best facial I have ever gotten. I was extremely pleased with the application, technique, and knowledge base that my esthetician had. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
