Monica at the Cincinnati West Chester location needs to teach other massage therapists about listening to what the client is needing. She’s extremely talented in working out every muscle and is friendly every time I’ve gone which has been over a year now. I primarily love her then the overall brand and appearance of waiting area/staff.

My therapist was highly knowledgeable in knowing what was causing my low back pain by where the pain was located. She cleanliness and aroma of the store was very nice and relaxing. Overall it was a very very pleasant experience.

I was highly satisfied with my experiences for my first massage. I wasn’t expecting it to be so calming and relaxing but I barely wanted to leave because of how calm and comfortable I was. My massage therapist was relatable and knowledgeable and I enjoyed her services immensely.
