Jennifer is an awesome therapist. Great communicator at the start of the massage and really appreciate both her firm pressure level and flowing motion throughout the massage. Really addresses key areas of soreness and adaptable. Front desk staff was very friendly and knowledgable. Overheard front desk very politely and professionally address another customer's concerns about use of a promotional gift card from another location, and handled it very well. Very much enjoying my membership.

Ethan is an excellent masseuse. He is always friendly and professional. Though I have added add on’s from time to time he does not pressure me. I enjoy my experience a great deal. I also received a facial from Cassy the lead esthetician. She was friendly, kind and informative. She did a good job giving me information. However, although I enjoyed the experience she was pretty much trying to sell me products and services the whole time. I walked out spending more money then I planned. For that reason I will not get another facial I will stick to the massage.
