I used to rotate between therapists with what my schedule made available. After a few sessions with Abby, I make sure to always select her because she is so attentive and knowledgable. She does a fantastic job of customizing to my needs for the day.

Staff was welcoming and it was easy to book an appointment. Madison is very skilled and talked through the process of what she was doing.

the only complaint I have is that the dermalfusion which is a $90 upcharge is only a one hour appointment, not enough time, it needs to be 80-90 minutes. A regular facial for $59 or even $49 is one hour and the dermalfusion $150 for one hour.

Loved the ease of booking. My therapist, Ann, was great. I am definitely going to book with her again.

Clean building staff very friendly the therapist was great. they delivered a excellent massage which really made relax.

It took a long time to finally book a couples appointment and we had to change locations, but once we talked to Zoe at West Chester location we made it happen. Everything was great, Jenny and Faith were awesome!
