My therapist Telisa has been by far the best therapist I've had. She is very good at messaging, listening to my concerns and what I need. She is the reason I came back. The receptionist were very nice and helpful. The lobby was very clean. My overall experience had been great.

I had several questions before making my appointment, and after, that required the receptionists to take a lot of time with me. They were very happy to accommodate and quickly retrieved the information. There is nothing better than starting the spa experience walking into the lobby area and greeted with 3 smiling, relaxed, and beautiful faces ready to get you to you appointment. The facial was outstanding and can’t wait to return.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly. I received a good amount of reminders to not forget my appointment. When I arrived I was greeted nicely. They Massage was exactly what I needed.

Esthetician was friendly. She kept checking in to make sure pressure and products felt ok, she was amazing and very knowledgeable!

I always have a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Madison is fantastic!

I had switched back to Mitchell’s because the last girl was extremely pushy but Erika was the perfect balance of telling me about the available products while letting me relax. She won me back.

My experience was great from booking the appointment to the actual massage. My therapist was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone at my location was willing to help out and were friendly.
