Friendly and professional all around. Only two negative things: surfaces in waiting room is dusty & lack of professional clothing worn by massage person (baggy cargo shorts).

This was my first time at Hand & Stone. I have a membership with a competitor but they have been unable to get me scheduled in the last few weeks. I was very happy I was able to get an appointment within the week. The table was a little high so I had some difficulty getting up and down. I also noticed the sheets were very thin with no additional covers which made me feel a little self conscious but the massage was great.

Faith would be the only reason I would keep my membership

The staff does a great job at taking care of its customers. The service is top notch and I love going there. As far as therapist go Abby is amazing. I will never go to a different therapist.
