Very clean, very efficient, very relaxing. Casey was AMAZING!!! Very knowledgeable I felt so comfortable with her level of knowledge and expertise and professionalism. She was pushy but suggestive in her product selling and upselling in service...I did purchase an additional service! Great experience! I will book a facial with her again for sure! Very nice front desk and I purchased the package as a treat to myself to receive pampering once a month. Great front desk service!

Ian, the therapist, was very kind and comforting and his skills were exceptional. I will request him on future visits. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. A very satisfying experience.

Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. My appointments are always on time. My service is always great!

The waiting room is peaceful and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Ian was knowledgeable and cognizant of my needs for the entire visit. I love the atmosphere of the massage area. I was impressed and will definitely be returning and recommending this establishment to others!

Felt very welcomed as soon as I walked in. The massage therapist was great at asking about pressure comfort as well as ensuring he hit my trouble areas.

My therapist listened to my needs and addressed all my issues during our session. The pressure and motions she used were just right for me. She had excellent knowledge on stretching routines to help me keep my relaxed feeling beyond the spa.
