This was my first massage, so I was a little nervous. The massage therapist did a great job of making sure I was comfortable. She asked multiple times if I was comfortable and told me before doing certain things like using warm oil, or placing a hot towel on me.

Always been happy with Ida and only go to her… and recently the receptionist are so much better than before… also Devon in particular is very good, smart and takes care of any issues I encountered. Since I go every week, same day and time, he made sure I pre booked months in advance so I will also have the same day and time always , unlike before when someone else takes my usual schedule and I ended up with a different schedule which ruins my routine…and lately when Devon is not there in the mornings, the receptionist on duty are very nice and helpful… so much different from the pass when, I got yelled at or someone decided to help somebody else when I was first in line.

Carrie was very knowledgeable about skin care. I am very satisfied with the results.
