The RMT, Emily, was excellent. The massage was really nice and Emily was professional, informative and checked in periodically about my needs. All the H&S staff have been very kind and welcoming

I thought Ling Ling was very good, she noticed I was having trouble relaxing due to the fact that I am very ticklish. She adjusted well to accommodate that and get at my actual problem areas she was great!

Danielle did a wonderful job informing me of th products she was using and why.

The massage therapist was very considerate of my comfort. She worked out the pain I was feeling in my neck and I have not had a migraine since then.
