Dharla or Dharma...I cannot remember exactly her name...I was in such a delightful daze when I was finished my facial...she was WONDERFUL!!! A bit aggressive on the "extractions" but clearly my skin needed it! Looks lovely today!

The booking was done quickly and the email in advance with the paperwork made checking in on the day of the appointment very smooth. It was a great couples massage and would definitely go back.

A warm friendly welcome goes a long way. The receptionist Mithuva was really pleasant, friendly, informative and efficient. That set the right tone for me.

The massage therapist is highly knowledgeable during the massage and explains me with tips on how to keep the body warm, stretching and massage. Despite of bit expensive rates here everything is very soothing and relaxing and it helps my body recharged. Thanks to H&S team and and RMT Lily. Highly recommended Markham East location. Mujtaba
