Receptionists are always so helpful and courteous, addressing me by name and always checking how treatment went after massage. Location follows safety protocols and makes me feel comfortable with current pandemic. Above all else, my masseuse Eric is exceptional at what he does, has great knowledge and provides phenomenal treatment.

Hand & Stone provided a relaxing experience while the staff was very professional and kind. I did not have to wait upon arriving for my appointment. My massage therapist also did a fantastic job of targeting my problem areas and applying a perfect amount of pressure. Overall, the ambiance, safety, and cleanliness of the spa were beyond expectations.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely couples massage with Eric and Jessica. We felt our tension released by the technics used by the masseurs. Left feeling relaxed and refreshed!

Very professional and engaging staff. Clean, efficient and overall welcoming experience. Would though appreciate cold water after the treatment as opposed to only room temperature bottled water. Otherwise, excellent!
