Good screening process when clients arrived. Very clean, everyone wore masks. People all kept their distance.

I liked how they have hot towels to wipe off after the massage. And that the therapist used good pressure. The warm water to drink at then was soothing.

Good experience and RMTs are knowledgeable regarding muscles and what part of the body could be causing. Was taught stretches and exercises as well.

The staff were amazing. They listen to your needs. The lighting was very soothing with the background music.

Every single person who works at the Markham Castlemore location is always so friendly and very accommodating. love it here.

The set up and fragrance of the reception area had me relax as soon as I entered the spa. Both the receptionist and massage therapist were friendly and professional.

The ambiance itself was relaxing and soothing. My therapist was very nice as i am pregnant she give me extra care. Overall the massage was awsome and i feel so relaxed and light.

If you go for a facial I would highly recommend Emily.

Mostly because of the massage therapists work. The facilities were fine but nothing spa like and the room did the job fine. I was recommended the salon and would go if the price was reasonable or during promotional periods.
