massage therapist was knowledgeable, gave a great massage and then offered reccos on how to keep problems areas loose... i booked another appt with him before i left and booked appts for my hubs and daughter to join me! I had been to spa in Aurora and left dissatisfied so am glad i tried the location in Markham. 10 out of 10 for them!

The massage therapist was courteous and knowledgeable. She consistently asked if the pressure applied was to my satisfaction and reminded me of the request of change in pressure at any time. She was able to relieve my multiple muscle tension/pain and made recommendations on exercises and practices in the use of heating pads/ice packs for at-home care. I am very happy with the therapy I recieved. You are my new found favorite spa in Markham!!

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, patient and fantastic at their jobs. They did not pressure for many additional services but targeted the ones they offered to my specific needs /wants

Princess is awesome, love spending time with her. My face always feels great after and I look 10 years younger!. She is very knowledgeable about the products and explains what each one does. She is wonderful at the massage part of the facial also. Feels great. Awesome job.
