The RMT was highly knowledgeable and effective.

The products I found a little on the expensive side. J know they will work but I would be a little reluctant while choosing them or may be wait for a deal to buy them

The location was clean and staff was friendly.

The massage help relaxed me ,my shoulders,legs and back felt great after..

Areas needed most focus not attended to enough. Use of forearms and elbows too much and uncomfortable.

I like this location much better than the Richmond Hill one so I travel here intentionally. I like the appointment availability, nice and knowledgeable reception staff (there are always issues when checking out at the Richmond Hill location) and the staff are usually great. This massage was good but the therapist didn't ask why I was there or if I had any concerns or what pressure I liked. As a result, she spent more time on my back than I would have preferred. The massage was very good but I did have some problem areas I would have liked to be addressed. Also the carpets are showing stains in the massage rooms. I know it must be difficult with the use of oil but I don't know if a cleaning would help.

Because I have been to a much better relaxing experience

The towel was a little too loose for me. And I feel like the esthetician might need a little more practice because I feel like each step seems a little slow. As well as the face massage and shoulder massage skills were okay.

Everything was good but not overly amazed. I would still come back for monthly massages. I do appreciate the water and chocolate at the end.
